Balance
Balance is very important in our lives but is hard to achieve. Sleeping patterns, food and drink intake, exercise, work/life, spending, family and partner, housework, you time etc. The list of thinks we wish to fit in to our lives often mean we don't keep things balanced. We get ill or overwhelmed, sometimes we have to be guided by our bodies and alter conventional timings to better suit ourselves. Sadly we cannot always do so. Pick your essential areas and try to get them sorted before working on the rest.
