In every organisation there is a team from the highest paid down through workers, tea makers and cleaners. When they all work together the machine works beautifully and the common goal is achieved. In spirit work there are ways of working for spirit without connecting to them and that is why everyone who contributes in someway, even if it is only attending the service and giving a freewill offering makes a difference and helps it work. If you decide to work for spirit as a medium for example there is a spirit team working with you. You may not know who they are or you may know some by name or by energy. They are there to help and guide, to work with you in the best way. When we forget we are just a go between, speaking as a voice that links the two sides and begin to focus on ourselves and fail to acknowledge we cannot do the work without spirit it is like a music box that is out of line a central cog is standing proud and jamming up the works. We work for and with spirit not for our own glory.
