Help for domestic violence

I am going to Hertford Spiritualist Centre later. We are privileged to be able to use the meeting room attached toThe Oldest purpose built Quaker meeting house in the world still in use - Built 1670. It is also used for a mosque.Through various redecoration and the addition of some mod cons it retains a feeling of love and peace. I have been to "spiritualist churches" in labour halls, community halls and dedicated churches and even an old bank. The energies are calm and uplifting. We as humans visit our religious buildings for this reason but how many of us can obtain that within our own homes? If we choose to be tranquil and to value those we share it with and to fill homes with thoughtfulness and laughter we can find a quietness and comfort within our own walls for the spark of the divine is in us all. Sadly for some though their home is the opposite of a sanctuary and becomes like a prison, fear, domestic violence, physical or mental abuse, addictions, coercive control or just temper outbursts. Living with any of these for whatever reason is not easy, escaping is harder still so today I want to share this https://www.nhs.uk/live-well/getting-help-for-domestic-violence/
